General Info

Please review the specific detail page or website URL of an event for information or for questions about a specific event.

Will call is a delivery method where you pick up your tickets at the venue's box office on the day of your event . To pick up your tickets, you will need to show an ID along with a confirmation E-mail received from the ticketing service you placed your ticket order from such as EventBrite, Ticketmaster or DC Concerts along with the credit card used to purchase your tickets.

You should receive your confirmation email immediately upon submitting your order.  Please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us.  If you have an account with us or the ticketing source, please login to that account to retrieve your order confirmation and details.

StubHub and othersuch websites are secondary marketplace places. They sell tickets that were bought by others who bought from the venue or Ticketmaster etc.

Sellers on secondary marketplaces may be individuals who purchased tickets, but later found that they're unable to attend. Alternately, tickets may be for sale through a ticket broker who bought tickets in large quantities hoping to resell them.

The box office generally opens 90 minutes or 1.5 hours prior to showtime. However, times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or varied building policies. Be sure to check with the venue for the exact time.

Please note that online tickets sales across all outlets will close no later than1:30 pm on the day of show.

DAILY: The regular box office outlets are open 24 hours a day. Unless otherwise noted, DC Concerts tickets are primarily sold through Eventbrite, Ticketmaster or this website.

DAY OF SHOW: The regular box office outlets generally close for ticket sales no later than 1:30 pm on day of show.

If you miss regular box office closing time, tickets sales are opened up for in-person purchase on the day of show through the venue box office starting 90 minutes or 1.5 hours prior to the showtime.

2. Enter social media contests, giveaways, and Facebook groups.
3. Sign up to be a seat filler through concert sponsors.
4. Look for Groupon show offers
5. Volunteer at the event or concert
6. Listen to Christian radio for free ticket promos.

Most tickets to DCCM events are sold via EventBrite or Ticketmaster. Please check your emailed order receipt for details and links to questions about orders from these sellers. Printed Tickets sold on this website directly from DCCM are mailed the same day if ordered by 3pm, otherwise they will be sent the following day.

We advise for fastest and safest delivery that you choose electronic ticketing from any seller.

This method allows you to either print your ticket yourself or use the supplied QR code to be scanned directly on your mobile device at your entrance to live events.

You also won't risk losing your tickets since they'll be available electronically anytime and when you need them!

Tickets held in Will Call can be picked up the day of show an hour before the show. To pick up Will Call tickets, please bring your Order Confirmation Number, a photo ID and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets.  Your identity will be verified before you are given the tickets, so be sure that the person who placed the order is the person sent to the Will Call window to pick up tickets. 

It is generally prohibited to give tickets to a person whose name is not on the ticket order held in the box office. In the event of an unforeseen issue or event, and there must be a change of names for the person picking up tickets, please contact us no later than 24 hours BEFORE the event to see if a change can be made. Changes cannot be made day of show.


ALL ticket sales are final.

Tickets are not returnable or refundable unless the artist or DCCM cancels an event. 
If you have questions about this policy please contact us prior to your ticket purchase.

If you lost your hard/paper tickets that you received in the mail and you cannot find them within 48 hours of an event, please contact us for assistance.

An email containing the specific details and next steps for the cancellation or postponement/rescheduling of an event.  

In the event of a cancellation, your ticket order will be refunded by the seller and automatically credited to the card you used to make the purchase. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, you will be offered the option of a refund or to retain your tickets for the future date. 

Do not discard your tickets as you may need them for a refund or issuance of replacement tickets for a future date
