Merch Shipping & Delivery

We currently only ship to addresses within the USA and its territories, as well as AFO/FPO addresses.
We will not ship merchandise to PO Boxes.

Due to COVID-19 and increased parcel volume, deliveries are taking longer than normal.

Merchandise: Please expect up to 14-30 days for delivery of many items in our Faith Collection. DC Concerts and DC Fest Collection items are expected to be delivered within 7-10 days of shipment.

Tickets: Please see seller's website for shipping times and methods.

Once your order is shipped we will send an email containing the tracking number for your order.  You may also login to your account to view your order status at anytime.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your package to be traceable once your tracking number has been issued.

We currently do not offer signature requirements for delivery, so no - you don't need to be home when your package arrives. However, sometimes a delivery person may not leave a package due to other reasons. If you miss your package, please contact the shipper for instructions on how to have your package redelivered or how you may pick up your package.

There are multiple reasons why a package may be sent back to the sender:

- incorrect address
- invalid phone number
- unable to deliver no response to shipper notices by the recipient

Please contact the shipping company, usually the USPS, to find out if they can re-route the package back to you. 

DCCM is not responsible for packages that are returned due to the above reasons. We will do our best to assist in getting your package issue resolved, but cannot issue refunds due to the above issues with your information or inability to respond to notices in a timely manner. If you still cannot resolve your issue, please contact us for assistance.

Please check with you neighbors first in case the delivery was handed off by the shipper for your convenience, or in case it was delivered there by mistake. Next, please contact the shipping company, usually this is the USPS, to determine the exact status of your package and/or details around its delivery. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us for assistance. 

DCCM uses several suppliers for the items in our catalog and you may have ordered items from more than one supplier.  It is likely that you have additional package(s) on the way. Please check your account to see if your order displays more than one tracking number.  If there is no other tracking number or no other item appear to have been processed, please contact us for assistance.

If an item in your order is damaged or defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us so we can evaluate the problem and try to make it right. 

Please send the following with your request:
1) The order number
2) The item's name or SKU number or pictures
3) A description of the problems and clear photos of the item.

We'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Exchanges for all merchandise must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

No, we do not offer free returns unless your order was damaged or defective upon receipt and is received/returned within 15 days of receipt. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

Promotions & Special Offers

From time to time we may offer promotions and special offers on merchandise and tickets. Please see the terms of the offer for its specific eligibility details.

Please read the terms of promotions and use that particular promo code for details. Common reasons that promo codes do not work:

- the offer and its promo code has expired
- your cart's total has not reached the offer's minimum order amount threshold
- the item in your cart is not eligible for that promotion


If you feel your code is not working in error, please contact us so that we may fix the issue.

DCCM cannot refund the difference of missed promotions, but we'll be happy to give you the promotion discount on any new orders you place during the promotional period.

Unless otherwise stated, you may only use one promo code per order, per the terms of the promo code.  You may however, be able to combine discount or sale items with your promotion where applicable.

Merch Ordering & Payments

We accept all major credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club cards. We also accept Apple Pay, Google's GPay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Venmo.

Purchases must be made with a credit or debit card. If you don't have a card, total up amount you need to checkout and then purchase a pre-paid credit or debit card at a local retailer to use for your purchase on DCCM. We will save your cart for you when you create an account and return to place your order!

We do not accept personal checks.

No, we do not accept COD or cash orders.

DCCM collects sales tax on retail merchandise orders purchased and/or shipped to addresses within the state of Maryland. 

Payments can be declined for a number of reasons such a- The information you input for your payment method doesn't match your card's billing statement.
- You've reached your credit limit.
- Your card has expired. 
- Your card has been locked by your bank for security reasons.
- Your card has been rejected for risk due to factors we're not privy to.

Please try using another payment method if you've already tried to input your card details again and still receive an error.  Otherwise, please contact your bank for assistance. We will save your cart for later!

We don't currently offer these services on our site.  Please check back as we may do so in the future.

Merch Inventory & Products

We currently do not stock any product. All DC Concert Ministries and DC Fest products are printed on demand from suppliers in the USA. Other products within our Faith Collection come from international suppliers. Our policy is to source from US suppliers when possible.

We are dependent on our suppliers to provide replacement or restock of items in our store. If you find something you like that is out of stock for more than 30 days, please notify us to see if we can locate a replacement.

Please check an items details about sizing information. If none is available, please let us know so that we may fix the issue or assist you in finding a size.

We will do our best to see if alternate sizes are available. Please send the item's URL, the item you want, including any specific details about it such a color, and the size you are looking for.

Ticket Shipping & Delivery

Most tickets to DCCM events are sold via EventBrite or Ticketmaster. Please check your emailed order receipt for details and links to questions about orders from these sellers. Printed Tickets sold on this website directly from DCCM are mailed the same day if ordered by 3pm, otherwise they will be sent the following day.

We advise for fastest and safest delivery that you choose electronic ticketing from any seller.

This method allows you to either print your ticket yourself or use the supplied QR code to be scanned directly on your mobile device at your entrance to live events.

You also won't risk losing your tickets since they'll be available electronically anytime and when you need them!

Tickets held in Will Call can be picked up the day of show an hour before the show. To pick up Will Call tickets, please bring your Order Confirmation Number, a photo ID and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets.  Your identity will be verified before you are given the tickets, so be sure that the person who placed the order is the person sent to the Will Call window to pick up tickets. 


It is generally prohibited to give tickets to a person whose name is not on the ticket order held in the box office. In the event of an unforeseen issue or event, and there must be a change of names for the person picking up tickets, please contact us no later than 24 hours BEFORE the event to see if a change can be made. Changes cannot be made day of show.

Ticket Refunds & Exchanges

ALL ticket sales are final.

Tickets are not returnable or refundable unless the artist or DCCM cancels an event. 
If you have questions about this policy please contact us prior to your ticket purchase.

If you lost your hard/paper tickets that you received in the mail and you cannot find them within 48 hours of an event, please contact us for assistance.

An email containing the specific details and next steps for the cancellation or postponement/rescheduling of an event.  

In the event of a cancellation, your ticket order will be refunded by the seller and automatically credited to the card you used to make the purchase. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, you will be offered the option of a refund or to retain your tickets for the future date. 

Do not discard your tickets as you may need them for a refund or issuance of replacement tickets for a future date

Safety Updates: Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Info

EVENTS: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic most artist tour dates were suspended. Plans for 2021 tours have been made by some in advance in the hope that it is safe to resume productions by then. Until such a time permits indoor venues to resume events, DC Concerts is working to schedule events virtually or at outdoor spaces where fans can continue to enjoy artists and new music and experience fellowship in new ways. We will reach out to our audiences, ticket buyers and fans once we have updates!

DELIVERY: Please understand that delivery times may be delayed due to unprecedented demand on our shipping partners and suppliers. Rest assured that all are working diligently to deliver your packages as soon as possible.
